The Condo Needed a Ductless Mini Split System

There are so many fantastic things about the current ductless mini split system I just had installed in my loft… Before I had the ductless mini split system installed, I was clueless about why the condo in my house was consistently warmer than the rest of the house.

It wasn’t until I was forced to work from house that I realized how much I needed to cool the lofted area.

There was no other private, secluded section in the house to create an office, so I was forced to use the loft. It’s a fantastic space with plenty of natural sunlight and views, but the heat is suffocating. I definitely can’t work in the condo during the Summer months, but I struggle to work in the condo even during the winter months. When I finally had enough of the boiling rapidly changing temperatures, I decided to contact a local Heating, Ventilation and A/C company to come service my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. I wasn’t sure what was causing the issue, but I was pretty sure something was malfunctioning. When I told the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional about the boiling condo space, he right away told me that it certainly had nothing to do with my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. According to him, heat rises naturally, which makes my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system run in a never-ending cycle to cool a space that will never be cooled. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional said that I needed a ductless mini split system to cool the condo during the hours I was working up there. It ran off of electricity, and my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system wouldn’t have to run as hard after it was installed.
