My best neighbor had been planning a substantial transfer for over a month, then she accepted an incredible job promotion, which took her from living down south to living way up north.
She was excited for the change plus she even looked forward to the weird seasons that she’d get to experience, but living down south means that my great friend and I only get to experience Summer plus Springtime plus if we’re lucky, a two week cool streak that counts as winter.
I tried to warn her that the grass isn’t typically reder on the other side, but she assured me that she was going to cherish living up north plus cherish the cooler temperatures. I recognize this would have been tploy if she wouldn’t have moved so far north. I don’t recognize she was aware of just how chilly it could get in her up-to-date hometown. When I went to visit her, her up-to-date cabin was chilly. I asked her why it was so chilly inside, plus she told me that she couldn’t figure out how to get her home any warmer. She was running the furnace as high as she could, however her home wasn’t getting any warmer. I told her that she couldn’t keep living like this plus that she needed to call an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional instantaneously. She didn’t want to call an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional because she thought it was too luxurious, but I told her that she’d freeze if she couldn’t figure out how to labor her furnace correctly, and thankfully, she took my advice!
