After moving into my current house, I began renovating it right away… I wanted to replace the 1971’s condo and transform it into something more modern.
I tried to take on a lot of projects at once, but I suddenly became overwhelmed and mentally tired, then this is when I decided to take each project one at a time.
It felt like it was going to take longer, but I liked the idea of taking it slow and focusing on each room individually. The first area of the condo that I renovated was the sunroom. It was the selling point of the condo and I felt like I could utilize the space a lot more than I was. I did a lot of cosmetic swings like current paint and trim, flooring, and replaced windows; Along with the cosmetic swings, I hired an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C professional to install a brand current ductless mini split system. The sunroom was fantastic when the weather was moderate, however if the temperature spiked or dropped even the slightest, the sunroom was unusable. I hated the idea of neglecting the sunroom when it was the space I was most happy about when purchasing the house. The ductless mini split system was an self-explanatory solution to my heat and air problem, once installed, it ran off electricity to deliver both heat and air. There was a remote that helped me adjust the settings and it was easily self-explanatory to use. Once the ductless mini split system was turned on, it would take next to no time to heat or cool the sunroom. The ductless mini split system made the largest difference to the sunroom and I’m so cheerful I added it.
