Central AC For My Renovated House

I contemplated what I was going to install, because I wanted this current AC system to be efficient, sturdy, and reliable.

I bought this condo with the intention of renovating everything. It was a condo built in the 71’s, so everything was outdated and the previous owner didn’t spare any expenses trying to replace it before he or she left. There were blatant cosmetic swings such as the wallpaper in every room, shag carpet, and dark paneling along the walls that needed to be replaced as soon as I moved in… However, there were other swings like the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system that needed attention before I moved my belongings into the house. The AC system was over 15 years outdated and there was an outdated dial control equipment used to change the temperature… Even though the inspection report said that the AC system still worked, I knew it would cost me more cash to run it than it would to just replace it altogether, but when I called the local Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company for suggestions, I was surprised at the possibilities I had. I could install central AC, a heat pump, ductless mini split system, or a window AC unit. I contemplated what I was going to install, because I wanted this current AC system to be efficient, sturdy, and reliable. The condo already had ductwork for central AC, so I easily leaned toward that option. I also considered the heat pump, because it was a fantastic source of AC and heat. However, heat pumps were luxurious and not easily replaced. This is why I ended up selecting the central AC choice to cool my house.
